This product has the unique bio-enzyme formula which can improve the texture of the bread, make the bread tissue softer and more delicate, raise the stability and expansion performance of the dough, and increase the volume of the bread.
1. Ingredients: Corn starch, soybean meal, soybean fiber, emulsifier, VC, fungal amylases, hemicellulase;
2. Dosage: 0.3%-0.5% of the amount of flour;
3. Usage: Mix the bread improver, flour, yeast and other dry ingredients well first; then add water and stir well.
