CNC machining, make prototype by direct processing the raw materials. CNC machining can be finished in short time, and with good quality of surface, after surface treatment ,such as painting, silk screen printing and electroplating process, can be more beautiful than the products made by mould. CNC can use lots of different materials, such as ABS, POM, PC, PA, metal etc. Especially with high quality industrial materials, prototype can be with very good strength and toughness.
CNC can deal with 3D drawing by programming, splitting, then make the prototype directly, especially for big-ticket goods production, can be directly implemented features .advantages of prototyping by CNC:

Common materials for CNC:
ABS, PC, POM, PP, acrylic (PMMA), nylon, bakelite, aluminum, zinc alloy, low carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, etc., in addition to Teflon, PBT, PPS, PEET, polyurethane foam, etc. can be used as processing materials also.
2.SLA rapid prototyping
SLA rapid prototyping has been well established in developed country, but due to the high cost of equipment, limited field of use, it developed very slow. However, with the continuous improvement of FREE FORM 3D design technology, its dominance more and more clear by the 3D map STL format design, in the field of toys ,like dolls and cartoon. So STL SLA rapid prototyping has also been rapid developed.
The products make by SLA processing, with high accuracy, compared with CNC prototype, wil be 0.03mm higher , can reach +/-0.08mm tolerance, fully meet the accuracy requirements of general prototype.
Suitable areas: prototype with complex surface ,such as dolls, cartoon characters , or others like cell phone case with hook, can not be dismantled for separated processing
Vacuum casting product can simulate most of the performance of existing industrial materials, such as ABS, PC, PP, POM, PA, PC, PMMA, and other soft materials such as silicone, rubber. can add different colors while copying products to meet the different spec of appearance. Replication products can not be affected by the volume, complexity, product structure, can with simple mold, can be finished in short time. For small quantities of functional parts of the trial, to reduce the costs and risks of open tooling

4.Reaction Injection molding
RIM is a new process way for producing large size and huge quantity products rapidly. RIM process is monomer or pre-polymer (PU materials) in liquid state with a certain proportion which measured by the metering pump mixing in mixing head of a mold. After the mixture be injected into the mold under a low pressure/room temperature environment, it will rapid response and cross-linking curing. After ten more minutes, it will be solidified, and then release it from the mold, that part is RIM product. This process can be simplified as: storage, measurement, hybrid, mold filling and curing, demould and post-processing.
