Charatertistics :

The machine is good at slitting the meterial which is difficult to slit and in great variety.

Main mator part:Two rewinding motor with main motor do threre-motor linkage control.The main motor is for feeding and rewind magnetic powders are for tension control,so that the finished product have stable tension and beautiful outlook.

Winding mechanism part:Rewind shaft arm adopts pneumatic type to control balance,so that contact pressure is adjustable automatically.This machine has optional discontinuous guide roll rewind for rewind for slitting many materials.

Motor control part: the operation interface adopts LCD touch screen, you can set various winding conditions and operation status directly on the screen. The control part adopts Siemens PLC for mechanical action control.It's self-detection system is available to diagnose the cause of mechanical failure.

Basic unwinding situation: Separate unwinding seat with larger discharge diameter. Large possibility of space for adding other devices.

 

Optional configuration:

Raw Material Auxiliary Install Raw materials:using hydraulic pressure type power, suitable for unmanned workshop, can save manpower and shorten loading and unloading time.
